Join Missy, Embodiment Coach, Breathwork Facilitator and Energy Healer for this in-person dose of self-love just in time for Valentine's Day. When we talk about love, most of the time, we talk about it in relation to others. But during this practice, you will be guided into the love that resides in you, for YOU. You will move through a short embodiment practice and then a breathwork practice with energy healing to release any stuck energy around love. Your breath will be the vehicle to release and tap into the infinite love within. You'll leave this ‘playshop’ feeling more at home within your body, connected to your heart and full of self-love.
