ABOUT SUZE YALOF SCHWARTZ
Suze Yalof Schwartz is a pioneer of wellness and the creator of the world’s first drop-in secular meditation studio, Unplug Meditation. She’s also the CEO and Founder of the Unplug Meditation App and author of Unplug: A Simple Guide to Meditation for Busy Skeptics and Modern Soul Seekers.
Suze’s journey began in 2012 when a simple 3-minute meditation changed her life. At the time, she was a high-powered fashion editor and “makeover guru” (Vogue, Elle, Marie Claire, Glamour) with frequent appearances on Good Morning America, The Today Show, and CBS Early Show. That one meditation opened the door to a completely new way of living — and a new mission: to make meditation easy, accessible, and modern.
In 2014, Suze opened Unplug, a groundbreaking meditation studio that The New York Times hailed as “a modern oasis,” naming her a true pioneer in bringing mindfulness into the mainstream. Since then, Suze has taught over 3 million people how to meditate and transformed the way people around the world engage with their mental well-being.
She is also the co-leader of the Unplug Meditation Teacher Training Program, a global certification course developed with renowned teacher davidji, which has trained aspiring teachers from over 18 countries.
Through her work with the Unplug Corporate Wellness Program, Suze has brought meditation into the workplace for more than 400 of the world’s most well-known companies, including ABC News, Kaiser Permanente, Google, and Lululemon. She frequently leads large-scale keynotes and custom sessions that deliver immediate tools for stress reduction, focus, and resilience — in just minutes.
