Background:

The journey of self discovery for Mwanini started when she became ill with Lyme dis-ease. Living with chronic pain for five+ years, made her realize that she needed to change her lifestyle. She dedicated her time, studying Buddhist meditation techniques to better understand the connection between the body and the mind. This helped her discover how traumatic events affect the mind and often express itself as physical pain and illnesses. The path required a lot of discipline, self-love, and forgiveness of the self which ultimately lead to her healing. Meditation has helped her understand the language of her body, and she now helps others do the same! Her meditations are centered around the connection between body and mind. Helping you understand how the energy in your body flows and how changing your thoughts can relieve you from the stress and tension your body unconsciously holds onto.
