The workshop Mastering the Art of Facial Wellness Techniques, focuses on traditional Eastern wellness techniques for facial relaxation. It covers three main methods: Gua Sha for tissue microcirculation and relaxation, Facial Yoga for muscle stimulation and anti-aging, and Cupping for deep relaxation and circulation improvement. Led by Tamara Miler, a psychologist and certified facialist, the workshop aims to teach participants therapeutic approaches for facial revitalization. All participants will receive a Gua Sha piece to use and keep! Class will start with an intention-setting meditation, and finish with soundbath!
