Embodiment is the act of integrating a concept or behavior into your daily life. When we learn about the principles of manifestation, we conceptually understand the process, but nothing will change until it is integrated. An important part of the manifestation process is taking aligned action. Together, you will work through my Embodiment Blueprint to fine-tune the micro-steps needed to bring you into alignment with your manifestations, while catering to your nervous system.
The "upper limit" is what keeps most people feeling stuck or stagnant in their life, often repeating patterns. The upper limit is the edge of your comfort zone. When you approach or surpass this limit, your nervous system will typically react and begin “down-regulate”- bringing you back to your comfort zone through self-sabotage, physical ailments, etc. When you take micro-steps, while supporting your nervous system, you can steadily up-level to meet your manifestations!
This is part 2 of Tess' Manifestation workshop. This workshop is open to all, even if you did not attend part 1 of the workshop! There will be a review of the foundational manifestation process at the beginning.
