Change & Resiliency Workshop
To make changes, we must be willing to witness and accept. Learn how to not only be okay with what is but to accept it and thrive. We are living in a time that involves so much change we are confused on how to process emotions and deal with the unpredictable changes in life. You are led through exercises that help you cope and understand the psychological terms for change. This session is meant to get you out of your comfort zone, help you understand how uncertainty can actually lead to positive change and learn small shifts in perspective that can make a world of difference.
