Siobhan Swider is an expert sound healer and classically trained harpist and flutist based in London, whose talents have been showcased around the world. Even to the Queen of England herself! 

This special class will combine a Heart Coherence Meditation with a Magical and Healing Sound journey using various divine instruments to transport you to a deep state of relaxation.

This evening will begin with a heart focused meditation accompanied by the soothing sounds of the Himalayan Singing bowls to encourage you to drop deep into your tender heart space. Heart coherence is a state when the heart, mind and emotions are in energetic alignment. Ultimately experiencing a sense of being uplifted and alive; more peaceful and relaxed; a deeper heart connection within and with others.

It will then be followed by a gentle and nourishing sound meditation where you’ll be bathed in pure and potent vibrations from the divine Alchemy Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan Himalayan singing bowls, Ancient Gong, Chimes, and ethereal sounds of the Harp. Come and soak up the magic! 

Headphones or external speakers are advised for the best sound quality. Laptop and computer speakers are generally not a good quality. I’m using a special system and setup of microphones and interface equipment to get best quality so important they use decent headphones or set up a external speaker to their device.
