Why is it that those of us who need sleep the most often find it elusive? While there is no cure for sleeplessness, this guided relaxation will help relax the body, preparing it for sleep as well as rejuvenating a body that is experiencing fatigue. This class is practiced in a supine position (lying down), so please consider bringing something to cover your eyes or a blanket if you get cold.
