Grab your doodling supplies and join us for a relaxing and cathartic combo of therapeutic art and guided meditation. This session is about letting go of the thinking mind with guided visualization, putting pen to paper, and allowing the energies of the body to release through your hands. It's less about creating a piece and more about Feel into your senses, draw, meditate, and release.
Prepare: a few pieces of paper, pens or pencils or choice, cozy space to be without distractions, your tea, and comfy pillow.
