ABOUT JESSICA Jessica struggled for years with feeling disconnected from her body - a leftover from a painful childhood of sexual + emotional trauma. She worked 70+ hours a week as the co-founder of a successful mindfulness nonprofit, but found herself burned out, insecure + distrusting - especially herself. In her path to healing, Jess realized that integrating the body is an essential key to letting go of the past and living a full, vibrant life. She’s thrilled to be reconnected to the vibrancy in her body and her emotions, and helps guide others do the same.
