In this class Camilla will guide you into a state of deep relaxation very similar to her deep guided meditation. Camilla will help you reframe the area in your life where you would like to feel more confident and guide you into a relaxed state where you can make changes on a subconscious level. No need to worry if you are curious to try it but have never tried hypnosis before.

Camilla has used hypnosis for many years in her own career as a professional athlete, where she found it a valuable tool to help her mentally prepare. Since she retired from competing she retrained as a hypnotherapist and have been working with clients from different fields of expertise such as business professionals, actors and well know sports people and celebrities.
