Siobhan Swider is an expert sound healer and classically trained harpist and flutist based in London, whose talents have been showcased around the world. Even to the Queen of England herself!

This special class will combine a Heart-Centered Body Scan Meditation with a Magical and Healing Sound Journey using various divine instruments to transport you to a deep state of relaxation.

This evening will begin with a body scan meditation to put your body and mind into a state of deep relaxation. This will then be followed by a gentle and nourishing soundbath meditation where you’ll be bathed in pure and potent vibrations from the divine Alchemy Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan Himalayan singing bowls, Ancient Gong, Chimes, and ethereal sounds of the Harp. Come and soak up the magic!

Headphones or external speakers are advised for the best sound quality. Laptop and computer speakers are generally not a good quality. I’m using a special system and setup of microphones and interface equipment to get best quality so important they use decent headphones or set up a external speaker to their device.
