In this workshop, you will a craft a Guided Imagery meditation that is customized BY you. Heather has used this outline in her private practice for over 14 years to help clients crystallize the outcomes they want. You will do exercises together as a group, journal, and of course, meditate to seal the deal. Think of this workshop as mental vacuum cleaner that will leave your mind dust-free and ready to create.
