This workshop is for anyone interested in seeing how Breathwork can help to clear what is no longer serving you while gaining greater insight and inspiration on how to open yourself up to what is ready to come into your life and how to move forward in a positive way. I will provide you with a safe and a nurturing space to fully dive in.
Putting thoughts down on paper is a way of freeing ourselves. Studies have shown journaling helps reduce stress and anxiety and help you to clearly figure out your goals, connects you deeper to self and serves as a reminder of where you have been and where you are going. The answers are all within, together let's connect, explore and set ourselves up to bring in all that we deserve.
