This class will be a basic overview of nutrition with an emphasis on the importance of balance in daily food choices and the inclusion of physical activity as a key component to good health. Become a more energetic you with some tips on how to increase your energy through nutrition and exercise. Review some tips on how to decrease stress with nutrition and exercise. Distinguish the difference between a food allergy and a food intolerance, and see how the body responds to a food allergy.
