Breathwork
A lot of professional athletes use breath techniques to get them in the zone. In this 45 minute session we focus on breathing techniques that may take you out of fight or flight and bring you into calm and relaxation. When you feel calm and relaxed you make the best decisions. Some examples include alternate nostril breathing to balance the right and left hemisphere of the brain, a counted breath to move you away from chronic thinking, and a deep belly breath that relaxes the central nervous system and a body part relaxation tense and release.
