Aromatherapy Workshop
This session is designed to take you deeper into your meditation by incorporating single essential oils or blends. Oils are chosen intuitively taking the season as well as many other factors into account. During this guided meditation class the oils are both inhaled and applied. The properties, intention, and nature of the oils create the direction of the class, be it intention setting, manifesting, or releasing to name a few. You will leave feeling restored, balanced, calm and present.
